This exceptional, powerful, long on the finish champagne exclusively composed of chardonnay is matured for at least 4 years in our Cellar. The Jewel of the range is only produced in exceptionally good year from grapes that come from a single vineyard. This nectar satisfies the most delicate palates. Sufficient strength and finesse to be matched with fullflavoured dishes such as stuffed poultry, morel mushrooms or grilled prawns
